Cheapest price according to the camels. Cheapest I can see on staticice is $26, for one fan. Actually, if you search for the model number it comes up as the same price at Mwave, so it looks like this is not a price error and is good to go. If you read the description carefully, this kit should come with a compact lighting Node Core making this an even better deal.

Had to shorten the description in the title as it's ridiculous on Amazon. Full title is CORSAIR CO-9050096-WWCorsair iCUE SP140 RGB PRO, 140 mm, RGB LED, Low-Noise, High Airflow, Case Cooling Fan - Black (Dual Pack)

  • Damn - just bought a pack of fans from Amazon without addressable RGB 2 days ago.
These look better - more airflow etc
Good find but too late for me.

I don't need them but it is a tasty price. I don't know how good they are compared to other Corsair ones. I already have ML140s in my case. Quick look suggests these cool a little better but are a little noisier. Trouble is I'd need two packs and the inside of my case is really bad already. Damn, thinking about replacing the fans makes me want to curl up into the fetal position.

    • Returns with Amazon is easy

      • Thanks but they are "used"

        • As long as you placed back in packaging as they were when bought no problems, I've used and played around with lots of stuff from Amazon and returned them with no issues on returns, ok maybe you've destroyed packaging then hard to return

  • Thanks OP. Got one. Right in time for moving my components over to my new case and hoping to have both my GPU's in with bottom cooling with these fans as intake.

It's great when deals line up like this. :D
Timing for me is usually terrible.

      • Its terrible in other areas but my luck with my PC is very very good!!!!

I got the Ryzen 3700x for 20% on launch day itself! :)

  • old model clearance.. the newer, quieter fans (with bigger CFM capacity) are here - https://www.amazon.com.au/Performance-CORSAIR-Technology-Add…

Can confirm, the ones in OP are not quiet despite saying they are quiet. Well not for my taste anyway.

These in comment above are PWM fans so should be easily controllable via BIOS.

I ended up switching all my case fans to 140mm PWM Noctua fans, set all the fans in from the BIOS to manual, including the 2 x 140mm PWM noctua fans on my NH-D15

All are set to CPU temperature:

      50% speed at 50°C
      70% speed at 70°C
      90% speed at 90°C

PC is dead quiet with them running at 50% on idle basically (which is always lower than 50°C).

      • I honestly don't need my PC to be dead quiet. I leave my case fans on 100% all the time and it's fine.

      • Thank you for the update. I got one anyways. But will look into the above as well.

It's really comes down to what you can tolerate. I usually have my Vornado in my PC room full blast and PC fans 100% all the time, but after some reading about lifespan of fans I have since reduced my fan speeds across the board at lower temps. It is quieter but now I hear the ringing in my ears. ; )

          • @ozbs25: Yep, it differs from person to person. I personally cannot stand loud PC fan noise. When I am using the PC, even when gaming it has to be relatively quiet. That's why even my GPU is undervolted and using a custom fan curve to keep the fans under control when gaming.

  • Sort of related to this post but on the cpu side not case itself, but we are all here about cooling,…

Bought few of these super thin 120mm fans through Amazon for $15 free postage with Prime (prices gone up slightly)
    SilverStone Technology SST-FN124B pc fans

Using fan to cool back of my motherboard/3950x cpu well there is enough clearance to fit between case side panel and too back of cpu/mb panel, which depth measures about 20mm in clearance

They do push a small reasonable amount of air especially at close proximity to fan, gonna see if there's a way to push a 12v fan further in speeds (increasevoltages without killing fan), also these are 3pin connector fans with no PWM control but are fairly silent at set full speed

Haven't yet checked if it makes any difference in temps on cpu (with hardware monitor app), well if cooling backside of cpu would make any difference in the first place, if anything I'd say few degrees at most hopefully maybe more, will test tonight 👍🤑

Edit: I guess every little effort helps, even if it reduces temps by the slight less and important doesn't increase the overall noise of ones pc system, gotta keep ones expensive parts happy lolz

    • I can't do anything on that side of my PC. I can barely close that side of the case. My cooling isn't too shabby as it stands though.

      • You don't have a cut-out on motherboard plate (cpu area), my cut-out measures 180mm by 125mm why I have depth and fan fits, yes I had to move cables out of the way in that area, actually all my cabling gives me a hard time putting case panel back on, of course even though I can't see cabling in the back when panel is back on though it certainly needs a cleanup and better organized cabling (job for much later lolz) 😀👍

Edit: might post links to photos when my back panel comes off and any differences in temps

        • Please do. Interested to see if it makes a difference and to see how much better I could do my cabling. It might make me pull my finger out and do something about the dog's breakfast back there.
I'm pretty sure my setup doesn't allow for any mounting of fans back there, and because they would be unable to draw air from outside, I don't think it would make much difference anyway.

          • @ozbs25: Well my theory (again need to test the differences with and without the thin fan running) since the thin fan is right against the steel case back panel the air sucked through might/should be cooled by the steel panel, again a theory but hey no harm trying, if it reduces temps by 5c on cpu I'll be happy and succes for $15 thin fan lolz
