  I got an issue with this product where the visible part of shoe sole was tearing off with just minor rub. I reached out to customer service and they said it’s wear and tear and we cannot fix this. Then, I asked them for warranty details to put through an amex claim but they have stopped responding to my email. Worst customer service.
