  I have ordered one in Jan22 deal with Hekka, very good light, used it few times during the past 4months, and today it DIED on me already… Sad… anyone know how I can claim warranty from Hekka, or Paypal (paid by paypal)?? Thanks

    Update: Lodged a buyer protection with Paypal to dispute the purchase, Hekka did not response and Paypal could not do anything. So $24 wasted on the torch light which died on me after few months. WONT BUY FROM THEM AGAIN

  Received mine today, but it is dead. Not turning on even after hours of charge, removed battery cover as well. Emailed to support team. Waiting for the response.

    Ah yes 'idiot test mode'. I have activated that a few times. It's a positive test result if you see that blob floating before your eyes even after you turn it off.
