Cheapest according to the camels. Seems to be a good deal when I checked for prices on google. After a bit more searching looks like they are price matching Woolies (Online order special).

Two sizes available, 7-12kg and 12-15kg with two styles each. 15+ kg available but the discount isn't as good.

RRP $30.00

I understand you can get other brands for cheaper but we like pretty much every Huggies product we have tried. The cheaper brand we have tried has 1000 buttons and is super annoying to use. These Huggies ones look a lot easier to use. We have tried the Huggies disposable ones, and while they are good it does feel like a bit of a waste, and not so good for the environment. Does anyone have any experience with these reusable ones?

  • I would not buy reusable nappies. I always buy Huggies little swimmers. They are cheaper, too.

Why not? We have used the Huggies little swimmers but don't want to have to use one every time he goes into the splash pool we have. Little swimmers are like $12 for 10. You'll probably go through that in a few weeks during summer.

    • I always buy Huggies little swimmers.

But these are Huggies Little Swimmers™ Reusable Swim Nappies!

      • Didn't notice that. In any case we don't want to use disposable ones every time he jumps into the splash pool or bathtub to cool down when it's hot. We try to time it so he only goes in after he's already done his thing. So far we haven't actually really needed the nappy but you know it goes, the time we don't use one is the time he makes a mess.

We'll see what these are like and maybe if the size is right we'll use the disposable one and double up with the reusable one if we ever go to a public pool. We don't want to be responsible for a Caddy Shack doodie in the pool style evacuation. We'd never be able to show our faces there again.

Yeah, good to have both. You can also reuse the 'disposable' ones if you want. Just give them a rinse and dry, and they're fine for another 1 or 2 sessions.

          • @NigelTufnel: Yeah, nah. We like to save money but I don't think we'd be comfortable doing that.

            • @ozbs25: They're still clean and dry, still fit tight, and just for water play, I don't see any issue with it. It's not like you're chucking some soiled nappy back on them for hours.

To each their own though… At least I'm not alone.

              • @NigelTufnel: I'm not saying it's wrong, just that we're not comfortable with it. We don't really do used goods either. Other than used CDs I can't think of anything that we've bought that has been used.

We also use Huggies little swimmers disposables. We put ours in the washing machine in a laundry bag and air dry, it lasts a few uses.

Lol, I bought one on Saturday from Woolies (Chullora) for $7.50 on clearance.

Good deal for you. I've never seen these before.

  • In before - why do you need nappies if you’re swimming
