There are products that eventually hit such a low level of quality that you shouldn't even bother buying them. This is one.
If you own a smartphone, research how to connect it wirelessly to your computer to send the camera image through. It's a better quality solution and it's often free to do so.

I have this. It's alright - the picture is much much better than my laptops. What drives me nuts though is the settings keep resetting. I like my picture a little zoomed in, since my monitor is a bit far away.
Seems to be limited deal on the $20.
