Stay NSW Voucher - Accommodation/Hotel Deals?

I was looking for accommodation deals to use together with the Stay NSW Voucher and thought that there must be some deals out there similar to the double value restaurants with the Dine & Discover vouchers.

The only deal I managed to find is IHG Twice as Nice which is pretty good value especially when used together with Amex statement offer.

I'm just wondering if anyone knows other similar accommodation deals, and/or how did you guys use the voucher?

    Cant add anything of value sorry but keen to Follow. Previously there were pubs / clubs in Sydney that were matching the $25 dine voucher for $50 total but i dont think its still going
