Thanks, need some new hot pants.

Woah what happened to the price of vinyl?

    • Can't afford a house so I buy vinyls and smashed avo to piss off the boomers instead

Also exudes jb exclusives. Because you know they don't need to be competitive on those. Kinda feels like the opposite of rsd intent lol. "support your local…nation wide chain'?

  • +3

Imagine wanting to partake in RSD and buying from JB. Ha!

  • +6

Yeah this defeats the whole purpose of supporting your grass roots local record store. What a joke.

    • +5

Bit rich of whoever down voted you… RSD was started to support the very stores companies like JB worked hard to drive out of business.

F JB. Support your local independent record shop.

    • Why?

      • +2

Because it redistributes wealth and ultimately power (eg Harvey Norman and their gst thing).

Locally, it supports a small business owner and their family, selling what they're (typically) passionate in.

This maybe Vinyl Day, but I need a rug. when is rug day.

  • I’m in store in castle towers, no 20% off…

Maybe they missed the memo! Still available online, so could do a click and collect.

  • I can't see the benefit of buying from local records stores anymore.
Rarely do any come close to the pricing available of record on Amazon (AU, UK & USA) or international stores. I found locals retail prices 2x-3x higher then available elsewhere, I also find their libraries a lot less then alternatives….

So we should all support the big boys and send our money offshore so that all the independents go out of business.Don’t but Aussie.Buy Italian tinned tomatoes so that Ardmona and the like disappear. To take a quote from the toecutter What a wonderful philosophy you have.
