How do you "pay" for Spotify? Free trials with new email and new payment method every month? Seems like a hassle and you'll run out of payment methods eventually.
I guess you could keep creating new PayPal accounts with different email addresses, unlink your debit/credit cards from the account you used on it before and link it to the new one.
I haven't tried it, just thinking out loud.
They probably check that the card hasn't been used before.
@StarPlatinum: it says Disposable virtual cards are a premium feature and premium is $10.99/m. Is there a way to get it for free? otherwise its just another expense.
@Wilburre: Don't think so I got the standard version and I delete debit card and make new ones all the time
@StarPlatinum: oh ok might be that they worded it confusingly on the website then. they say that the disposable cards automatically delete themselves on a timer, so if you are doing it manually i guess that's a different feature and they've just worded it oddly.

@Wilburre: Zip and other services allow unlimited regenerated cards too. I just pay for standard pro though but I imagine that's what some people do.
@machej: How do I create a new single use virtual, does this automatically generate once the card is used?
Do you have to enter payment method details like credit card info for the offer?
