A little bit overpriced, but these are great speakers. I view them as the macbooks of affordable bookshelf speakers

    • These are the wireless versions, normal rrp $399

cant find them cheaper myself, if you can you should post it.

Think he was referring to the product themselves and not the deal. Tbf They are pretty average sound for the price, but they are tiny and look great on a cluttered desktop.

  • I bought a pair of A5+ Wireless for $367 4 months ago. They sound superb and really convenient.

  • Bluetooth is convenient, but wired speakers will always be more superior. Also, if you use Bluetooth speakers to watch movies, you will notice few milliseconds lags between what you see and what you hear.

    • Any decent Bluetooth speakers/headsets will eliminate this.

    • With new TV you can adjust the delays. My classic Hisense TV can do that. It can adjust the sound delay to your speaker.

Bought this model about 14-16 months ago and it started making a crackling sound. Used only about 3-4 hours a day.

Very disappointing with $250+ price range speaker. I'd expect it would last longer.

Chi-fi general are not build to last, the outside might look good but internal parts are low quality. Just enough to get though the warranty period. My 15 years old B&W 705 is still going strong, but the 2 years old 705s2 has some crackles after 18 months. Also, I found a lot of Chi-fi product has amazing and unbelievable reviews. It is my opinion that most of they are paid or own reviews.

    • Have you reached out to the seller for warranty support?

I had a similar issue with my HD3's but they've been pretty good to work with so far and have asked me to send back.

I have to restart mine sometimes as there's no sound. seems to be ok when connected to 3.5mm and only happens when using the USB connection, so might be DAC related. I have had the speakers replaced already under warranty, but it still happens
