It appears as if the price of Blu Rays has dropped by 20% tonight on the JB Hi-Fi website. There are quite a few titles on special around the $10 mark and new releases have dropped in price too.

It doesn't appear that deals combine. Still it might be worth checking out this earlier Buy 1 Get 1 Free deal too which is now available online:

    Interesting on the B1G1F, if you put a $12.78 movie first and then add a $15.98 second. It will only charge the $12.78 for both!

      I doubt that's how it works. Im quite sure that the cheapest one will be considered the free one, so you'll be paying at least $15.98. This is how it normally works with other BOGOF deals.

        I think (s)he knows how it's supposed to work; it's just that the JB checkout system has a bug and is using the price of the cheapest one and giving the higher priced one for free.

          @adelaidesa Last night there was a bug some of the titles had a face value without the 20% applied and some did which made it seem like there was a bug when those titles where added to the cart this has now been fixed. For example Crazy Stupid love last night had a price of $19.98 today it's $15.98 and yet other titles Like the Green Lantern were 15.98 and still are today

          @adelaidesa - the bug is that it applies the cheaper price to both items in the BOGOF deal, when normally it should be the higher price that gets charged.

          Really don't understanding why people aren't getting this? Maybe the awesomeness is blowing their minds…

    $19 for spiderman trilogy blu ray is good, that is going out of print soon since they are re-releasing all 3 movies separately.

          True, it's not across the board, I tried Bladerunner at $12, added Crazy Stupid Love at $19, checkout wants to charge $19 whichever order you enter them in. Obviously just luck of the draw depending on your combination of titles.

          Looks like it depends on the price of the titles.

          From what I can gather, prices for the Buy One Get One Free offer are divided into 3 tiers - $12.78, $15.98 and $19.98.
          To get a cheaper price you need to add a title from the next lowest price tier - eg. you can get a $19.98 title for $15.98 if you add a $15.98 title to the cart first, similarly you can get a $15.98 title for $12.78 if you add a $12.78 title to the cart first. However a $12.78 and $19.98 combination won't work like this.

          These may change by the morning though, it could be that they are part way through changing prices. Notice that they now have the big 20% off advertisement on the homepage, and $12.78 is $15.98 less 20%.

      Seem to have altered the prices so the ones that were allowing you to get the dearer one free have gone down and are now the same as the cheaper one.

      Nevermind, I figured out what it was. If you have 4 titles in your cart the system works properly, but not if you only have 2. So if you intend to get more than 1 of the BOGOF deal, split them up into separate transactions.

      I cancelled an order too from this morning, they were very quick to respond. They are also quick to ship too, so don't wait too long to cancel and reorder.

      It's also jumped in price at Sanity. I can't find this cheap anywhere. Don't want to pay over $30, it's only 6 episodes! It should be like $19.95 tops.

    I placed two orders this morning, One got shipped quickly, then I found out they lowered the price of the items. Reading their returns policy, I should be able to take them back to a store to get a refund.

    The other order was 2 items, they canceled one item and sent the other at full price. Yet another return item.

        Me too, they sent me the one that I paid for (according to the invoice), but funny enough, not the "free" one. I will have to chase it up, which is annoying. Really hope that this is not their way of getting out of sending the free items. Buying in store with JB is proving a lot easier and less hass.
