  I've had mine for a while now and it's been great. Highly recommended.

  I can't recall, what was the latex process used aka Dunlop?
  In the manufacturing process are there any chemicals used?

    Hi 3DL3 - thanks so much for your kinds words. Our pillows are made using the Talalay process. There is an alternative process called Dunlop process - it is a less complicated manufacturing process & in our opinion it makes for an inferior pillow. Our pillows are completely chemical free - all 100% natural latex & no chemicals used in the production process.

    I used promo codes before and TLC helped with advised and exchanged the product as the original purchase wasnt suitable for me.

  I ordered The Soft a couple of months ago and find it very comfortable although a lot softer than I expected as I was using a memory foam pillow before.

  I would order a medium firmness pillow from TLC next time, likely The Classic or The Classic Plus.

  Hi @sp8472 can you suggest whether a contour pillow or a classic is more suitable? I'm not too sure as I'm currently using a sleeprrr contoured memory foam but it's starting to wear out. The TLC website suggested classic. Thanks!

    Hi yygsdragon - if you are currently on a contour pillow then our 'The Therapeutic' would be a great option for you. It is important to note that a memory foam pillow has a very different sleep feel to a Talalay latex pillow. Memory foam compresses inwards and is quite heavy, whereas Talalay latex inherintely pushes outwards & has that signature 'soft yet supportive' feel.

      I have been using the Therapeutic for the past 5 or 6 years, but just bought the classic plus. Will it be very different and will require adjustment?

        Hi Charlie-B - most people exerience some adjustment period with a new pillow. For some people it is one night and for others it can be longer. In our experience the longest adjustment tends to be when moving from a tradiotnal shaped pillow to a contour shaped pillow - but not the other way around. A contour pillow coaxes your body into a paerticular sleep position & it takes time to get used to this. Your 'The Classic Plus' will absolutely have a different sleep feel, but I expect you will adjust quiclkly & really enjoy it.
