Is anyone else noticing a $20 annual fee charged to their card after taking up this deal about a year ago?

I don't recall ever accepting an annual fee except $1 in the first year, and there's no signs of T&Cs, contracts, etc. that mention it anywhere.
Checking with the community before raising it with Flexicar (aka Hertz) or my credit card company.
IMO you're doing alright, it clearly states the $1 is a discounted annual fee and the annual fee according to the Flexicar T&Cs at the time was $49.
Flexicar also will refund in the first month so long as you haven't driven anywhere in that time.
