      I believe these ones are made in China too, but Japan designed. I would say these look much nicer than the kmart ones, but personal preference.

  Bought iPhone XS Max cases in a previous deal and did not provide refund/return shipping label despite the volume rocker fitout not being in the correct spot. This was through their own website.

  Avoid ordering anything from them outside of amazon or eBay

    The order 7FH32719GF651900X you are referring to is $9.95 for 5 iPhone cases shipped. The case PP-D-126345139 was entirely handled by PayPal since we did not receive any communication from the buyer, only notifications after PayPal steps in when actions are taken.

    We accepted the return case at the first instance however it was eventually ruled by PayPal that the items were not returned hence refund were not issued.

      Wow, this is quite funny.

      I am 100% if an item is faulty, YOU need to provide the return label.

      I am not sure why the upvotes for this seller but I do not see how it is logical for me to purchase a label to send back a faulty item. The seller knowingly sold these products with the improper cutout. This is not fair trading on your end and I really hope the $10 you scammed out of me and other sellers was worth it.
