  If you're interested in the Google Play or Hoyts gift cards, you should be able to get Officeworks to price beat Coles' offer whilst it is active, meaning you should be able to get those gift cards at a 14.5% discount through Officeworks.

  I say should, because some Officeworks staff seem insistent on denying price beats on gift cards and coming up with random excuses, even though gift cards are not called out as an exclusion in Officeworks’ Price Beat Guarantee.

    Lol! I tried to price match an iTunes gift card and the lady claimed to not be able to see it on the Coles catalogue despite being right in front of her. Then she claimed it was an expired catalogue.

      I had one staff member and their supervisor debate whether to price beat a 20% off iTunes gift card sale at Coles. When they eventually agreed to price beat, they stuffed up the maths so badly that they entered the competitor price being a 15% discount, so the new price calculated by the checkout was still actually more expensive than Coles' price.

    Legend my local Officeworks were happy to do it, they wanted more than my screenshot and found it on the online Coles Catalogue. $42.50 for a $50 card
