I referred my partner to deliveroo once to take advantage of the 3x$15 discounts. Her account got suspended when we tried to make an order. Spoke to the useless chat, waited a week for review and after they found it was suspended in error they reactivated it. Ended up getting suspended again when we tried to make an order, support was as useless as can be and we ended up deleting both our accounts after that.
I'm guessing it was due to using the same payment method on both accounts. I think we used her card the second time around. Has anyone managed to get 2 accounts working to the same address?
Address can be same. However, on top of that, if you use same device or payment method or mobile numBer , there’s a high chance of account getting suspended as a result of algorithm detecting as fraudulent activity.

Looks like it might be for Sydney only won't let me add to order for Melbourne but change to somewhere in Sydney and it works.
