I have every sort and they all taste the same. The worst are the coffee ones with a burnt flavour. The bites bars were ok, but I only have the protein bars left now.
They were hit & miss for me. Worse was definitely the coffee one, which was also closest to the use-by date (a month out iirc). Tasted and smelled very oily and rancid (beef collagen being one of the main ingredients), probably due to incorrect storage prior to shipping out.
I mean, it was free sure but unlikely to buy any after that.
could be… the free ones I got were downright horrible, but I bought some different flavoured ones after that and they were ok, tasted like your regular protein bars. So… maybe they did offload a bad batch, I never thought of that.
Quite high in carbs though.

Anyone tried these? New protein bars are a big gamble, as most of them have that chalky yet impossibly chewy texture which I hate. Nothing beats the Musashi deluxe bars, although the BSC ones aren’t bad either.
