Nice. As always, check the price for what you’re looking to buy across other pet stores as can be higher even with CB factored in.

Spent a few hundred on their last promo. Cashback rejected. Outcome was Petbarn declined to engage with ShopBack apparently. Spoke with Pet barn directly who said it was up to SB to sort out.

    • did you use SB in a browser or app?

      • Browser as per requirements. It even flagged as pending with total. When it passed the dates and i enquired with SB, that's when it went downhill.

    • Has happened too many times, now I only use them for gift cards/gift card bonuses…

    • I had a similar issue with Petbarn, cashback getting knocked back. Queried it with Shopback, got a response simply claiming Petbarn had denied it. Haven't bothered with a Petbarn cashback promo since.

  • Might want to link shopback's petbarn page instead of petbarn.
Also do we know if discounted repeat orders are eligible for cashback?

    Negging for SB.

    • What? Didn’t you get your “we’re sorry we got hacked and leaked all your personal data” $3 voucher?

The amount of complaints about SB on this site, I’m surprised anyone supports them.

  • Decided to take the punt. Mainly because the Ziwipeak cat food is cheaper than what I normally buy it at and they are having a buy one get 50% off the second for the Greenies cat treats.

PetBarn prices are often more than 25% higher than competitors'. And on top of that, some people have had issues receiving their ShopBack money on PetBarn buys. So definitely shop around before pulling the trigger here…

Most of my pet supplies come from Amazon due to them just being cheaper in general and the recent 7-8% cashback from Cash Rewards (who conveniently enough decided to reject two cashbacks for the pet supply category recently……uurrrggghhh).

Thanks, very timely. Just rescued another kitty, can do a local C&C this evening

  • well i certainly don't want to risk it now that people are sharing shopback rejected the cashback since Petbarn's prices are the opposite of the competitors in a bad way.

  • I purchased back in Nov and cashback was approved, purchased again in March and still waiting for approval (but tracked). So YMMV.

  • Heard of loads of people having shopback rejected by petbarn when using the app even so I'm not risking it. Just buy from somewhere cheaper with no shopback of 1% like budget pet products lol. Always gets approved

  • Thanks. Timing is impeccable.

  • I’ve had the opposite experience to most commenters - clicked through the app and have had cashback credited every time even when I forget to turn my adblocker off.
Having said that I forgot to turn my adblocker off just then and it hasn’t tracked yet… it’s only been 5 mins 🤞

    • Update: cashback has tracked using app and despite adblocker

  • any good deals on pet barn currently when it comes to puppies, saw previously there was a 50% off plus buy 1 get one free but seems to be over

Yikes, all other websites basically sell "Bravecto Chew for Large Dogs 3 month pack - 20 to 40kg" for half the price, such a bad thing for them to double the price
