Looks like OP has not read the Kogan support posts in the past.

those refurbs are not sold by Kogan, those are marketplace listings by 3rd party sellers. Might want to do your own research on them before buying:

    Eclipse BT Technology is Becextech

Three.Sons - Three Sons Pty LTD. This is their eBay store

Refurbished iphones may have been repaired with non-genuine parts, and if the iPhone detects them you may be locked out of certain features of the iPhone, like the ability to check battery health (if using 3rd party battery) and Face unlock (if using 3rd party OLED display)

    Kogan a Good Deal?

    No

I’d rather walk in to an Apple store and pay full price than risk dealing with a “refurbished” unit from Kogan.

That’s if you can even walk into an Apple store these days?

    • you can if you make an appointment weeks in advance.

      • Still sounds like the preferable option…

    • You certainly can just walk into an Apple store, restrictions are no longer in place.

  • Buying from Kogan is a Good Deal WHAT !

So it's $1,171 for a refurbished 13 128 vs $1349 for one brand new? Saving you $178. Personally I'd rather buy new, getting a known quantity and a lot less potential headaches.

  • even new stuff at kogan is not a good deal

    avoid that store altogether
