        That's surprising? I have had eBay Plus for a few years now and I have received one every month since. I haven't always used it though. It is a specific code that is about 20 numbers and letters long.

    I thought they did? I have received one every month since having an eBay plus account (about 3yrs now). It is a specific code and not generic.
