Stick with an Aussie brand - Actron Air. Had our for 3 years and has not missed a beat.

Reckon you would get away with 2.5kw for the bedroom and expect installation cost of anything up to about $900 - depending on various factors.

from what I know, mitsubishi heavy industries is the best quality in aircon space

  Lately some of the MHI model has issues with cheap plastic causing rattling noise, better do your research before committing.
