  • Isn't cashback calculated minus GST? So it would be $311.58 after cashback?

The Premium HD9861/99 model is on sale as well for $440.30. Comes with the double stacker rack included. Should come down to $392.75?

Amazon have already matched both prices but not sure what cashback is offered there.

    • Amazon listed it as Household Appliances (Best Sellers Rank: 27 in Household Appliances (See Top 100 in Household Appliances)

On ShopBack - Health, Household Products (Includes Laundry, Supplement, Cleaning Supplies) - 0.00%

Might try my luck with Myer then. Thanks mate

    • I updated the title, thank you!!

      • Are we sure it's going to be 12% though? Myer have the Air Fryers listed under the HOME category. Is it going to be 4%, 12% or 20%?

Cash Rewards says electronics under all categories will be 12% so guess it's 12%. Meh, see what happens!

        • +1

I believe it would be under entertainment and electronics; the Cashrewards website says 'Entertainment & Electronics (includes Luggage & Travel + Electronics from all categories' so I believe even though it's under the home category on Myers website it would still be subclassed as an electronic for cashback purposes

What is the difference between these two models?

      • The double stacker rack which sells for about $50 separately and "Smart Sensing technology", which is supposed to automatically adjusts time and temperature during cooking. Not sure how well it works /shrug

        • Long story short - just buy the cheaper one and the rack separately?

        • Hm, damn it's a whole $80 more though. Still not sure if it's worth it.

  • +5

Combine with the CBA offer $150 cashback $20.

    • +2

Or Amex $15 back on $150

  • how good is it in comparison with Ninja AF160?

    • +3

I think this is more comparable to the Ninja Dual Zone Air Fryer AF300. I'm really struggling to decide between the ninja, Philips and instant pot vortex plus

Review seem to mention that the Philips is hard to clean. Instant pot has a pretty good following due to its availability in USA and was rated highest by America's test kitchen. Ninja has good experience on /r/airfryer

      • did not think about the AF300 till you sent it.
pulled the trigger for it, stacked with 20$ from commbank rewards.
        thanks for that

        • You must of bought the last one, it's out of stock now. Lol!

Is the kmart 7L air fryer discontinued? I can't find it anymore on the kmart website.
Is the Phillips airfryer worth the extra cost for people that have tried both?

  • Ordered with all the accessories for 660. Got 72 bucks cash back through cashrewards. Plus i think its triple myer one credits atm too.

  • Anybody with this one know what the non-stick coating on the basket etc is?

I know the Instant Pot Vortex XL is teflon, and the Ninja is cermanic… any idea on what this one is?

  • +1

    Is this dishwasher safe guys?

    • +1

      From the Philips website.

Easy to clean with QuickClean and dishwasher-safe parts
Clean-up is fast and easy thanks to the Airfryer QuickClean basket with removable, non-stick mesh insert. All the removable parts are dishwasher-safe for no-fuss cleaning.

The smart sensing seems limited to only fries, fish, and chicken.

Screw it, going to wait for another $270 deal.

  • It's a great airfryer. I use mine everyday

  • Is this any different from a convection (fan forced) oven?

    • Yes. It's smaller.

  • I have the kmart one.. Is it worth getting this one? Or I kind of like that Ninja one posted above with dual zones but just scared it will be small for bigger items.

    • I researched for a few hours before buying an air fryer and recall this indeed was a criticism of the dual drawer Ninja.

      • Reviews I've seen you can cook a chook in each tray

  • -1

As an owner, these are crap. buy a front loading design that you can see the food and is easy to clean. The only positive to the benchtop convection oven is the quickness that it heats up and evenness of cooking due to circulation otherwise it's just another expensive countertop appliance you have to store and get out.
