    • +1

Personally, I balanced my corporate career consulting business with pro bono work & ran a social enterprise training, supporting & employing people with problems. Was very satisfying.

So chose "Doing Good Better: Effective Altruism and How You Can Make a Difference"

      • Interesting. I left the corporate world for the startup world, but plan to get into social enterprise (probably in the neurodiversity advocacy and support space)

        • +1

Sounds great! Hope it works out.

My business specialised in helping people & businesses to think & see things differently. Thinking the same is not often an advantage.

[eg The State Manager of a Multinational developed a completely new product (worth ~$300M/yr) for his company, during 5min play with soft toys on my office floor.
3 weeks earlier he was just their Sales Rep - complaining about the State Manager! They just didn't see his potential. That's what I loved to do - bring out the potential in people.]

I would share with my clients the wonderful insights of coming from a very different starting point - such as neurodiversity.
A hero to me is Temple Grandin. So inspiring.
