  • I got 200 points lol

    • The 200 points is from the last time when you first registered. Adding the 700 you get from this means you can upgrade to the $8.90 regular (double scoop) one.

      • or a $9 sundae

      • Please note that you can get something like a take away Pint of ice cream and just pay the difference after deducting the $7-$9 credit you may have had.

  • The few times I have tried to order ice cream through this "app" to get the brownie points it has been horrible and I've had to give up and order over the counter instead.

  • I wonder if you can redeem the points at your local franchise to sidestep the one week expiry? Would be incredibly handy!

      same! :(

  • Have any other inside scoop members not received points? Odd I got it but partner didn't?

  • The system of redeeming reward points is a bit bizarre.
You cannot pay for an order in whole or in part with reward points.
Instead, you select how many points to redeem, and this generates a "voucher" which is just a 5 letter code.
You show the uninterested person behind the counter the code on your phone, and try to explain to them that this "voucher" can be used to pay for a menu item.

You can pay directly with points if you order via the inside scoop website. (Just did a dummy order where I got to a page that allows me to select paying with x points or paying in-store - but obviously I didn't actually place the order.)

      • good to know, thanks

  • Can this be used with all stores? Im in the ACT and the two that are in the ACT arent coming up as options
