Purchased a Special Gift Card to use at the supermarkets. Purchased when there was 15% off. I used a psedo email and uploaded it in my apple wallet. Now I can't log onto the app. How do I check my account balance? Tried contacting Special. Very slow.
Professionals wiped out the whole balance on the same day.
Read the comments on the deal - there are ten pages of them. That alone will tell you something.
I spent some of the money but I have at least $30 left.
When I contacted them on Facebook, they said to email customer service. Pointless being on Facebook and replying to me!

Yes had the exact amount i was trying to pay.
When i went to see the retailers list again
Aldi/Coles/Woolies was gone ( not sure what others)
Pretty bad considering only bought very recently.
Payment method was google wallet btw.
Edit: tried Coles today and it worked
Very cautious about buying another
as not worth the mucking about.
