  Does anyone know where these units are made? The old Karcher high pressure cleaners you get in Bunnings were made in Germany but now they're all made in China.

  Looks exactly like the Gerni one I just bought at Bunnings for $99 - local warranty, etc.

  I would say it isn't worth the hassle of importing when you can buy for the same price here

  Edit: Sorry I bought this one from Bunnings for $149

  Looks to be the same one (Gerni and Nilfisk are the same co) but costs a bit more

  Given the way these things break, I still might be inclined to buy local to take advantage of warranty

    The bargain being advertised is the Gerni 110.2 which you can't buy from bunnings. It's a superior model to the 115 that bunnings sell. You can actually get it from BCF for $199 (http://www.bcf.com.au/online-store/products/Gerni-Classic-11…) so this bargain is saving you 50%. To me I think that's worth it.
