Hi all. This very popular deal is back. Ensure you click & buy within the 11 hour promo window. If you can, pay with PayPal and use the Cashrewards App as previous comments suggest better tracking success (see bottom of post for more tips). Should your order fail to track, please lodge a claim after 7 days via click history and the team will take care of it, as they always have - ensure you attach your Pizza Hut order confirmation email (no email, no claim).

      I placed an order, Pizza Hut receipt sent out but no CR CB tracking. Nothing on the CR website either, but will raise with CR after seven days.

    The crowd was crazy, Pizza hut definitely didnt prepare for this. Most orders messed up especially people ordering multiple separate orders to make good use of the $10 cap

    My snitzza was absolutely tiny. Cut in quarters. They were bite size.

    On the plus side, CR tracked almost instantly, so $5 when it does get paid out.

    Definitely won't be ordering it again!!

        It was small. It was a bit…. underwhelming.
        But I wanted to try it.

        I'm 13kg off now, and not ready for a 'its only a cheat meal' so unless I can get a better suggestion, I might go it again today for the $10 cashback offer today, and probably be disappointed again no doubt

      I had the same issue.
      It's the first time, I "forgot" to use Paypal,
      but I used my Credit Card to pay.

      So, I will lodge the Claim, 'after 7 days'.

    My cashback tracked instantly.

    The 'spin the wheel' promotion is a troll. I got the 'family feed for 1 year', and then go into the detail and find that it is the second chance prize (not an actual prize). Misleading.

    I assume most people get it (since it is not an actual prize), and it is surrounded by Large Pizza and $10 Cash (which are the next two best prizes).

    Just like pokies. Manipulating you to make you think you won something, or were close to winning something.

    I paid through Google Pay and want to cancel my pre-order for Mon night due to a change of plans. Anyone have experience of cancelling an online order and know how Pizza Hut's refund process works?

    I called up 13 11 66 (the number at the bottom of their tracking page) and got redirected to the store I placed the order. The guy I spoke to said he cancelled the order and the refund will go back to the original payment in a day. Does that sound right?

    PayPal, browser and activated on chrome add on.

    Is there a delay on tracking at the moment?
    Haven’t had issues previously. What’s the process of chasing this up?

    Edit: okay I see wait for 7 days.
    I do have clock history and a order confirmation 13 mins later. Hope it works!

    Ordered the Creamy Garlic Prawn Pizza for this deal last night

    Only a few issues

    Not Creamy
    NO Prawns!!!!

    Only checked when I was home 25mins away…. ffs Pizza Hut
    Just some onions cheese mushrooms and bacon (of all things)

    No option to complain other than hear…. LOL

    Ordered for pick up.
    I only live round the corner and was on my way home, swung past and grabbed the order, before doubling back round to home.
    Had the cash rewards track email, before I even got to the store.
    Paid by PayPal.
    Was talking to the guy behind the counter/manger-owner perhaps. They mentioned there was a pizza hut wide issue with the system for deliveries. The system automatically sorts the orders into which ones are for delivery first.
    I just nodded and said, well, nice talking to you, grabbed my pizza and left.
    No issues with placing order, no issues rih cashback and no issues on eating pizza
