Easiest Way to Access The Samsung EPP Store?

I'm a government employee and have a .edu email address. I'm trying to access the Samsung EPP Store to get deals like this one but I only have access to the Government Portal and Education Store, which have smaller discounts. What's the easiest way to get Samsung EPP Store deals?

    The link deal for 29% off TV's you u asked for that deal is for telstra employees.

    NAB employees get access to this, although most of them wouldn't know about it. I enable my Samsung account whenever I get a contract at NAB. The access lasts 6 months.
