Issues with Stake Deposit and No Support

Anyone has issues with Stake lately? I've done a few trades with them and all good until today.

Deposited from my Bankwest account as usual and it's been 4 hours now and money is still not in my Stake Wallet. Bankwest said the money has left their side (Osko transactions), contacted Stake several times via emails and no response. And now I'm missing out as the one I wanted to buy had a dip this morning and now already going back up. Can't call them, no chat function.

This might be enough to make me go back to Selfweath and Pearler with better support.

  When i use my ANZ account to deposit, funds are there in about 15mins.

  When i use my BOQ account, it'll take up to a day.

  Never had funds not appear though.

    I've used the same bankwest account for previous transactions and it's always been max 15 mins. Today is the first time I'm having issues. Is the Stake account with ANZ?

      My guess is they have accounts with the big banks such that those get fast transfers. My wife is with NAB and stake funds also appear in about 15mins.

      I learnt this lesson a while ago so I tend to have money sitting in the account to catch the cheap buys.

  Just be patient. Mine have been quite fast in the past but my latest transfer took a few hours. Not sure why, perhaps due to volume.

  Never had an issue both for USD and AUD transfers

  There was an issue a few weeks back with it taking several days. Seems to be resolved now.

  Yeah they emailed me back today saying there was an issue yesterday with their banking provider, money didn’t arrive until 9pm last night. Lost my chance at the cheap buys. Lesson learned.

  You might wanna consider switching to IBKR the FX fees on Stake and SelfWealth are quite high. Not to mention there’s also no monthly fee you also have access to extended hours trading

    I only trade asx and currently have $0 brokerage with stake until next year

  Did you get your money in the end? How long did it eventually take?

  Despite my comments above, I have $x in limbo at the moment and hasn't cleared in the past 2 business days

    It took the whole day. I deposited at 9am, didn't arrive until at least 9pm or later that day. They said they had some issue with their banking partner and promised me it wouldn't happen again but seeing that's it's happening to you now, I'm guessing the issue is happening again. The annoying thing is there's no phone/chat to contact them and they don't reply to emails until usually the following day. Good luck, hopefully it'll clear soon.

  took me 10 minutes yesterday, took my Son nearly the whole day same bank, go figure
