OPPO Warranty Help

I'm new here but I hope someone can help?

I bought a used Oppo device and it needs to be sent in for warranty. Can anyone tell me what their experience was using Oppo posting to Oppo repair in Sydney? Did they fix or replace your phone? Did it matter that you don't have original receipts but IMEI is still under warranty period? I'm pretty sure there is some kind of internal issue with the motherboard or chip?

But yes I'm not the person who bought the device brand new obvs

I only had one experience with Realme Melbourne Support centre,
When I send my realme C3 to get unlocked, I was given 1 character wrong by Optus.
That time they paid shipping, and everything, Just took time of about 1 -2 week. otherwise no had problems. was under warranty since it was only like 0-2 months old from the date of purchasing

    Realme/oppo is same support center

    Is Oppo warranty transferable?

No one can really tell you what your own experience will be. Maybe they didn't check someone's receipt but they might check yours… Just follow the process and send it in and see what happens.

  • I cracked my phone screen a few months ago and took it into the North Ryde service centre after making a booking. $180 later they fixed it.

Seems pretty quiet and they were done after a few hours. The option of a loaner phone was available but I had my work phone so I didn't use it.

  • I sent in my Oppo to the Macquarie Park office once because I couldn't hear anyone when they called me. Got an email back saying there was water damage found inside the phone so was not under warranty but they still offered to fix it for a fee, around $200 I think. I declined as it was only a cheap model and they sent me the phone back, no dramas.
