    Do I have to shop within the zip app to be entitled to the Cashback (as it states in the T&C) or can go through cashrewards?

    I shopped within the zip app with The Iconic two weeks ago and my rewards never showed up. After raising an enquiry, they said my purchase wasn't done though the app.
