        The tannery pumps out a whole bunch of different brands so don’t believe the hype. There are a tonne of other Australian made products on the market.

    Purchased two pairs from the last deal and both of them came with different designs and branding, did not match the company which I bought them from as listed above.

    I’d be wary of this company, seem to be a lot of bad reviews online in regards to returns also.

        So you are saying you produce multiple brands at the same site? As mentioned I purchased from the site listed above, and revived two pairs with different branding, it doesn’t match your site or your logo and came in a dirty plastic bag.

        You might produce different brands but you should be transparent with your customers which brands they are receiving. Others have complained about this in other threads.

            @UGGAustraliaOfficial: I guess that’s the whole point when you advertise a certain brand on a certain website you expect to receive that product, not a product that is a different design and from a different brand. I’ll be seeking a refund for both of the products.

            You might own a tannery but you are mass producing for who knows how many brands.

            There are multiple other places that produce their own products right here in Australia, suggest to others to jump online and research some other providers before buying from this place it’s obviously misleading.

    Purchased a pair of these a couple months ago. Finally getting around to wearing them. Super comfy and very well made. The sizing does run a bit large on this style, however returns for change of size are easy and fast.

      Both the pairs (one for me and other for missus) was too small.
      Exchanged both quickly without much fuss at the Laverton store.
      However, this time around (after wearing them for just a couple of weeks) the inners have already started sliding back to an extent they are not wearable anymore.
      Will drop into the store again and see what can we do. Hope the customer service holds up.
      But, disappointed on the quality and effort to get them exchanged again

    Had my last pair from Ugg Australia for a couple years, so ordered another pair. This design isn't great, not very comfortable and loose at the back of the heel but tight at the toes.

    What a waste of two pairs

      I had this exact same issue with the Eildon. Heel slips and loose, tight / cramped at the toes :( hopefully can exchange to something more comfortable. Do highly recommend Uggs Australia though they’ve been really good to deal with.
