  • Hmmmm doesn't say how loud the fans are. Seems decent enough, especially at that price. The newer corsair and nzxt are too expensive imo. This looks nice with the aluminium finish

yeah, it says only less than 20 dBA for pump, and the fan is pre SL
I think. At least it comes with Lian Li 5 r warranty.

It's kinda impulse buying for me since I am trying to replicate below with a reasonable budget.

They're not that loud (have one myself)

There is a vibrating sound coming from between it and my case though, haven't figured it out.

      • Are you able to confirm whether it is a SL fan or AL or something else?

        • +1

Neither of them - seems like its ST120

          • @exit: Thanks fam, I am planning to replace them with AL120,

            • @SeiraS: I have 12xAL120 fans in my case (o11 Evo) and I set them all to 500rpm and its super quiet

              • @Dalgona456: Are you mounting 6 fans on the side intake section?

                That must look "lit".

I think I will end up 7*AL120 and side mount these 3 from the AIO

                • +1

                  @SeiraS: Yeah.

                  Intakes:
3 front (i bought mesh panel)
                  3 side
                  3 bottom

                  Exhaust
                  3 top (radiator)

                  • @Dalgona456: Talk about a case with a lot of positive air pressure… Remember to check your radiator regularly for build-ups.

    • ive always said this, why would it matter how loud it says the fans are? you cant compare it to anything?
Theres no industry standard for how to measure it, is it 10cm away? 1m away?

just one problem^ the corsair aio (first one) is much much louder not 0.6db louder

      • This is why people would like to know how loud the fans are lol

        • well you said "doesn't say how loud the fans are"
when as i just showed wouldnt matter?

reviews over whatever the manufacturer says

          • @abjsdhasehasee: I agree that reviews give a better answer compared to what the box says. However, one might say 30db on the box which is fine. Smack 3 of them together or 6 in push-pull, you have a different ball game.
The EVGA cooler advertised a week ago said the fans were 'insanely loud' and to change em out when you got it. Order a few fans in the same order to save the troubles of finding out afterwards. Any help from experience on these matters is best asked, not expected

            • @teddiebear: sure you could always just buy some white p12 seperately and if you dont mind the noise or noise-performance levels then you can switch em out, and if you dont mind return em for $0

      • +1

I believe it says 40 something (dba) on the Corsair specs page for that AIO.

I have that AIO, it's loud as (profanity) when it goes to max performance.

        • I'm still using my corsair H100i v1. Fans have super high pressure but VERY loud when ramped up during summer. Was looking at new aio specs to compare

    • +2

This Lian Li is fantastic, just about on par with the Arctic Liquid Freezer which is the best AIO at the moment.

If low noise is what you're looking for, all AIO's with an Asetek pump are the ones you want to avoid (NZXT, Corsair and more) as they're pumps are often even louder than their fans

      • This appears to be an insightful post.

I haven't done much research over the last 10 months regarding AIO coolers, but back when I was researching them, the Arctic Liquid Freezer were hands down the best performing AIO.

I have a Corsair H150I RGB PRO XT, which has a similar performance when at peak fan speeds, but I was ignorant for not acknowledging the significant noise that came from it before purchasing.

      • This report seems to be made with the intention of making it look better than it is.

Not to say it's a bad AIO, but it makes no sense to compare it to CPU coolers.

The only AIO they added to the list was Arctic Liquid Freezer's 280 and it didn't even have the updated offset.

Not bad for 3 rgb fans and a free radiator!

  • Anyone paying with PayPal ? I'm getting $182 somehow at checkout . Not free shipping OP .

EDIT : Shipping is $23 included in price .

    • I paid 159 via PayPal.

There is a $0 Auspost Shipping Option.

It's a shame they don't allow click n collect before click n collect is a thing.

      • Yeah got it . Had to log in and pay PP otherwise it will add $23 on top .

        • I click the login with paypal option and a popup comes up and goes, nothing else happens, adblock is off, I cant figure out how to get the free shipping :(

Edit: Nevermind, I had other fans in the cart

  • This one and EK Elite Aio 360mm, which one is better ?

  • this will be an eternally underrated aio if the fact it's on sale all the time is anything to go by

  • Excellent aio grabbed 3 thanks op

    • Haha, Noice.

Actually , are you able to tell whether the fans are able to plug in the Uni Hub Controller that comes in the AL120 fan 3 pack?

  • Not sure how AIO compare to fan, a good fan, you just install and forget.

Do AIO come with coolant installed already?
How long before we have to refill the coolant?
Is the a way to tell how much coolant is left?

    • Its same way. You just install it and forget it for about 3-4 years. Remember these AIO dont last long. Better to re sell it before warranty runs out.

      • Warranty is normally 1 year.
How do you know when the coolant needs to be replace?

        • NZXT has 6 years warranty and for Corsair ones normally 5 years. Cheaper brands has less warranty and I don't usually buy those cheap ones anyway.
You only get signals like high temp, abnormal noise from pump. You don't really replace coolant for NZXT/Corsair. You just get a new ones.
For Be Quiet AIOs you can add coolant through the hose. Check on the youtube.

        • This one is 5 years, I would say if you are not over clocking your cpu, you can get a decent fan cooler at this price.

I had a AIO for 5 years (Corsair H120i or something) and never run into any problems.

If malfunction occurred, you would normally hear abnormal voice or you can monitor your cup temp daily to check on it. Just food for thought

  • 10% cooling reduction due to the transformer in the case, despite it sitting on the intake fans.

  • Hi OP, Would you know if this fits the LGA 1700? Thank you.

On the official website it says: With some variances across regions, GALAHAD AIO models purchased from December, 2021 onwards will include the LGA 1700 bracket within the box. Please check with your local retailer for more information.
