A proper ISO rated diver's watch by Citizen, with an in-house Japanese automatic movement (Miyota 8204), on clearance at Angus & Coote. This is a JDM model, and can normally only be bought from direct from japan grey market sites.

Stainless steel, gold plated bezel with a black and gilt dial. Case dimensions are 41 mm. in diameter and 13.7 mm. in thickness. This timepiece has mineral glass, stainless steel band with solid end links.
The following features are equipped: antimagnetic, screw-down crown, luminous hands and markers, day-date complication.
That's an unusual auto Promaster, but I guess your JDM explanation clears that up. I thought all the auto Promaster Marine watches (NY0xxx) had the crown at 8 o'clock and the distinctive bezel (junior Fugu style).
