Their website is also shocking! Either, whatever software they use for logistics is utter crap or it is setup incorrectly, or worse combination of issues.
I purchased a few things last year, some items didn't show up or were cancelled. Still available on the website, showing stock available. Was told twice that it was my fault for buying it and not making sure there was stock, like WTF? 🤷🏽♂️
Once I showed them they're own website showed the items were in stock and I could purchase them, they changed the tune to, oh sorry, our warehouse staff can't find them.
Truly shocking service! Prefer to purchase from sneaker retailers than directly from Adidas. Sad really.
I bought these and promptly returned them. They don't even compare to the slightly more expensive shoes they sell.
