Haven’t seen this kit this low a price before, I paid $112 last year and have no regrets.

My Current workout regime is 30-40 min with resistance bands then do a 30-40 min session on my renpho ai smart bike. Getting some decent results.

Marketed as a high end premium set of resistance bands, and self rated as safest resistance band set on market.

And recommended by many physios (could also be because of epic mark ups I suppose).

Supported tension range of 5.5 kg up to 62.7 kg

Inb4 'you can get cheaper knockoff's on ebay/ali/amazon'. Yeah, well maybe some people want 1) a set that supports heavier range 2) the safest set possible.

  I've got a set of these - great if you don't have much room e.g. apartments. Doesn't beat a bench and some free weights but a good compromise.

    I have a full power rack setup outside but it is ridiculously cold/windy atm in ‘sunny’ Queensland haha

    I was sceptical at first but you can get a decent pump out of this band set.

    No It’s basically mostly pieced together from the ‘fit gent’ YouTube channel in particular his complete resistance guide with No attaching(anchor) required. Plus throw in some bonus exercises like archer pull.

    Pic in the amazon listing - there’s an outdoor strap anchor to secure to pole or tree etc and an indoor one with a stopper that you use with a solid doorframe.

  Buy 4 sets for the price of that set… would argue its the same quality i have a kit and it works great.
