  Be careful to not fall asleep on it. At one time, I felt asleep, probably over 20 mins and my head is missing blood ! I can feel the blood flowing through my head again when I took the thing off.

        Both sides could stretch. The convex side is design for strong stretch, suitable for people who had used it for a period. Concave side is gentle stretch, suitable for people who just started to use it or for seniors.
