Be careful to not fall asleep on it. At one time, I felt asleep, probably over 20 mins and my head is missing blood ! I can feel the blood flowing through my head again when I took the thing off.

      it's a Black D.

(anyone actually have tried this and does it relieve tension around the neck shoulder area?)

      • Not really, just relax your head and make you fall asleep

      From Amazon Q&A
Question:Whats the difference between the C and D shape?
Answer:C and D has the same funcation. C style is our new model, compare C and D, C is more stable than D.

        further down:
Read the very good explanation accompanied with several photos, on the Amazon web page for the item. Basically, one is for neck stretching ( the short curved side) and the other side like a ski slope has acupressure points for massaging the neck.

im confused which one is the stretching

        • Both sides could stretch. The convex side is design for strong stretch, suitable for people who had used it for a period. Concave side is gentle stretch, suitable for people who just started to use it or for seniors.
