        That's not the point though, great that there is support, but when you have to contact them every single time for cashback, because it's tracked but just sitting there in pending way past the due date, it's worthless.

        Maybe use some of the support budget to actually fix the problems instead of supporting them.

      Support is absolutely abysmal. They informed me that they'll investigate my tracking issue after 10 days has passed. It's been a week since then and I'm yet to hear a single peep from them (emailing them almost daily).
