I have sent them an “item not received” request earlier today too. I don’t think it will affect them too much, their eBay feedbacks are quite good, they have 99.5% positive feedback, unless they get negative feedbacks from customers like us keep getting their BS replies for their delayed deliveries.
Mine arrived today, silver, ordered 8th, lucky it was late as I got the otterbox case before

They have just sent me a dispatched tax invoice and tracking number around 6pm this evening, I checked my tracking number on latest status it said “Item processed at facility SYDNEY NORTH WEST NSW Wed 15 Jun, 6.33pm”, so hopefully I should receive mine sometime this week.

Same here, no shipping details for order from sat. 4th. Responses to questions are vague and not helpful. I've raised an 'item not received' request to ensure ebay are aware and it is recorded against their performance stat's. Misrepresenting inventory status is against eBay's seller policies. Encourage others to do the same to ensure this behaviour is noted and discouraged.
