  What does the Dimmable here mean? Does this mean that this can be Dimmable from the app? or Does it mean that it can be plugged onto my light bulb socket that is Dimmable via a switch? thanks

  Bunnings sells arlec grid connect RGB 1050lm, 3 pack for $25. I got a pack to try out today and they're pretty good.

    With the Arlecs, can you set up like a sunset timer, so say at 6am, it comes on at 10% brightness, then at 6:15am it increases to 20% and so on? Thanks

      It's just a generic Tuya bulb. No bulb does that by itself.

      That would be a software feature, in the Tuya server or Alexa, or whatever you prefer.

        Ok cool. Do you happen to know if the Arlec Grid Connect software can do that? Not interested in using Tuya, Alexa or Google etc.

      Sorry can't help you there, you can set up an automation with a sunset/sunrise trigger but not too sure about the single automation to gradually increase brightness.

      Install the tuya smart app (I don't use the grid connect one) and see if it suits your needs. Can even buy the bulb and return if you don't like it.
