This applicable? Imagine thats what you done based on your post. You'll need VoLTE enabled to use VoWifi.
So after going through alot of information, the following worked.
for me neither volte was appearing nor the wifi calling option, after entering the above mentioned strings, the options finally appeared and the problem is now resolved.
On my Samsung Note 9, 10 and 20 there is a toggle to switch on wifi calling,.. I'm guessing that's a Android feature so have a look at your above toggles if there is wifi calling to switch on, or somewhere in settings, I guess your android phones got to support wifi calling like most highend phones do
