  I'm confused. You say minimum 50% off but all of them are for example $32 slashed to $20. That's less than 50% off.

  What happens if someone pays by deposit and the item is lost in transit? With my terrible experience with you before, I would have no legal avenue for a recourse if something goes wrong.

        Let's be frank, we send thousands of time a month. Unfortunately items do get lost and that's why there are process in place, such as buyer protection.

        One thing buyer forget is we don't run Australia post.

        Sorry to hear,

        99% of the time, deliveries do make it without having to insure

        It really is one in a hundred, because for us its easy to count

        1000 deliveries, less than 10 lost

        At end of day, it also comes down to trust, when something goes wrong, we work with the buyer and lodge complaints with Aust post.

        At times, when its inconclusive, we make sure the GENUINE buyer not out of pocket. I say genuine, because unfortunately I have come across cheats, this was an overseas buyer who exhorted refunds from sellers - he was stupid enough to let others know through his feedback post, claiming everyone was "helpful in getting his money back"
