  Just FYI, these headphones do work with Android but are mostly focused at iPhone users but I guess Beats being owned by Apple it is to be expected.

    seems like design might be the only difference. both have the H1 chips and functionally are fairly similar.

  I got these recently on eBay plus weekend sales for $199 (2 weeks ago) and they are excellent I prefer them over my Bose sports buds
