Part of EB's Mid Year Sale. Good price for this out-of-print game considering pre-owned copies routinely go for $75+ on eBay.

Not much stock left and chances that it wont come with the original case is high too.

I also when to get a pre owned copy from my local store and the cart ended up being a Chinese version so make sure to double check that.

Also this deal has been on for around a week now.

        @Dienk: I can't read Chinese but I can tell it was Chinese characters and the region coding on the cartridge was -CHT instead or AUS, USA, EUR.
        
        CHT region is for China, Taiwan and Hong Kong.

  That's true but can't resell digital. You can essentially play this for free then resell
