A Fridge question: Do Samsung EPP install the fridge for you as part of the delivery or just drop as is.

      Thanks for the update. I ordered on 14 June at 7:55am WST for delivery to WA. Email said they'll endeavour to deliver by 28 June 2022… I wish it came in time for the Kenobi finale for me! Hoping yours arrives tomorrow.
      
      Did you hear further directly from the couriers? Or from Samsung? And via SMS only, or email as well?

This is a courier issue as the last poster put it. Samsung employs this couriers so it's their responsibility. No two way about that.

I purchased on the 13th and delivery for the 20th but 2 days later text saying its not possible. They gave a link with a few dates and a number
you could call. Link only gave 3 days from original booking with no time frame. No deliveries on the weekend.

So for someone who works 5 days a week with no one at home 9-5 , you are pretty much screwed !!

The company that deals with this is called ARC , I called as that's the only number with the order, and they have put me in the waiting list of when
we can deliver to you till about 7pm or 19.00. I am astounded that they do not deliver on the weekends. No empathy sadly.
