Ecovacs Deebot T9+ Robot Vacuum Cleaner and Auto-Empty Station $1029 Delivered @ Godfreys eBay

80
HOMEFY

Good price for a great robot. Includes pretty much all of the latest and greatest features in robot vacuums such as obstacle avoidance, auto-empty station, and an oscillating mop to get those tougher stains. It also has an air freshener built in and the highest suction on the market.
Note that Ecovacs says you have to use disposable mop pads, yet sells washable ones on their site! There's also plenty of off-brand stuff available on eBay and Amazon for parts and consumables.

There's also the older model N8 for $408 odd (no auto empty bin)

Ozbargain won't let me post it cause ecovacs ebay has been banned or something

    • Jeez that's a great robovac for that price.

    • Cheers for the share. Jumped on this with stacked QBE vouchers. Cheap price to give this market a crack

Anyone have thoughts on N8 vs Roborock S5 Max?

      • I wouldn't be surprised if the s5 Max is better. But it's 50% more exxie so I couldn't justify the price.

I've come from a Xiaomi Mi and here are my thoughts:

        Advantages-
        Much Quieter
        Twin front brush
        Saves maps on multiple levels
Can tell it which order of rooms to do/what suction
Functional suction seems a bit better on carpet

        Disadvantages-
Poor battery life (I'm getting 40mins on max settings on carpet)
        Slower pace
        Sometimes weird navigation

Mopping is pretty terrible like all the non scrubbing mops

  • code doesn't work

    • Worked for me (and I'm not eBay Plus)

Walked into TGG yesterday and asked for their best offer this same machine. The guy said can do it for $999 easily and end up paid $1,069 for the machine and 5 years “warranty” - concierge member. Worked out the machine is $920 only.

    • My friend had same experience. Spewing cos I paid the same in TGG Commercial without the extended warranty

  • i need one which can clean the floorboards please
    any suggestions ?
    thanks .
i need cheaper one .not expensive …

    • The link shared above in the comments for the N8 would do a pretty good job for $408.
That's an excellent price for a robot with proper navigation (being able to set virtual boundaries and choose cleaning areas via app etc). It's basically the features in the older deebot 920/950 for half the price they went for 2 years ago.
