[Perks] Roborock Qrevo C Robotic Vacuum Cleaner $849.15 + Delivery ($0 C&C/ in-Store) @ JB Hi-Fi

830

Pretty sure this is an ATL, and one of the best value Roborocks in the lineup right now. Using the Perks 15% off small appliances deal, you can get the Q Revo C for around $850.

I'm buying this after returning my Dreame L10S Ultra Heat because it was plagued with issues (inability to dock, falling down small ledges, etc). Never buying Dreame again.

Specs:
12,000Pa suction
Tangle-free hair vacuuming and side brush
FlexiArm mop for cleaning edges
Reactive obstacle avoidance
Dock with warm air drying, mop washing, refill, and of course dustbin emptying

  • Is this the Curv just rebranded as a C?

  • How does the C model compare to the base model Qrevo?

    • See my reply to itsehsteve for the comparison tool

      • +1

Thanks, sorry I didn't see that it had drop down choices at the top.

  • This or the Mova P50 ultra pro?

  • +1

This is a great deal. This is just QRevo L with extending mop and dual brush. I got Qrevo L during prime day for $799 and I love it.

    • The model c sucks stronger? 12000pa vs 10000pa for L

  • wish this has extended brush

    • It does extend the mop pads, and has the usual brush on the sides to get edges

  • +4

My misses asked me to buy Qrevo for a while. Got $850 giftcard via the company employee benefit with 5% off. Paid $807.5. Thought it's pretty good deal. Thanks OP.

Oh no ! Just bought it for $997 from Good guys/ (price match HN) with Gold services extra and paid using different gift cards.
I have already opened it, is there any way to get the difference back from Goodguys.
Can anyone send me the screenshot of Jbhifi $849 price ! Thanks

    • Just buy this one, then return it with your goodguys receipt to goodguys

      • can I use Gold services 30 days price guarantee to get the difference back ?

        • It would absolutely be worth a try, I've had them price match a few things under that policy before, but they may not match it to a Perks deal though.

          • @noisymime: I mean, it's the same company at the end of the day, maybe they would

    • Good Guys are basically matching this price with 15% off until the 21st Sep. Probably worth a shot to call them before it ends.

Thanks, bought one to replace my older model. Having anti hair tangling, auto mop washing/drying and dust bin emptying is a god-send.

  • Thanks OP. I bought from them two weeks ago exactly for $969. Will go with my receipt for a refund of the price difference.

    • Can you comment on how close to the skirting boards the mops really get?

      • +1

Sorry, I bought for my parents so not too sure exactly. Website specs state 1.85mm

        • Ahh, thanks anyway

  • +1

Thanks OP for the heads up. Just ordered.

  • Anyone know if I can just buy that brush for my original qrevo?

    • Also interested. Love the Qrevo MaxV but the brush does need hair detanglement every 2 or 3 runs with a dog in the house

      • unfortunately don't think it's compatible but get the q5 brush. it's sooo much better than the q revo brush!

  • +1

Thanks OP. Just bought using discounted Macquarie Marketplace gift card (4% off) which brought it down to $815.18. I ordered last week from the good guys for $1,001 delivered so cancelling that now!

    • Ah bugger, I've got Macquarie too and didn't do that. Will know for next time!

      • Dont forget Ikea too!

  • These units are finally starting to come down in price. I picked up a Dreame L10S Pro Ultra Heat during last Prime Day for $799, which is actually a stronger unit than the Qrevo C. The two share a lot of similarities, but I can say from experience that they’re fantastic and do an excellent job.

    • That's the unit I had before this and had so many issues - glad it's working for you though! Think main difference is auto detergent, but the Qrevo C does have the mopping arm which is a nice +

Pretty easy to put detergent in manually

      • What kind of detergent? Can we using common one from supermarket like Pineoclean?

        • No, you should definitely NOT use Pineoclean. It will corrode and/or block the internal parts. If anything, you could use some pH-neutral cleaners, but nothing too foamy or sticky.

      • The L10SPWH also has the extended mopping arm. It also has far superior navigation with AI integration, auto detergent, camera, hot water washing and hot water drying. The Roborock and Dreame look very similar in many ways. I wouldn't be surprised if most parts are interchangeable. I guess that's how they can sell them for such a low price compared to other ones out there.
Just because you had a bad experience with one unit, it does not necessarily make it a bad unit. My experience with the Dreame is about 9.5/10. It is a great little robot and performs extremely well.

        • Ah, thanks for the correction! Never said it was a bad model, just my one was bad. Found other reports of docking issues too

        • It was meant to say "hot air drying".

        • Which one is the L10SPWH? The Vacuum in this deal? Couldn't find any results on google

  • Are these good on carpets? I had two cats and there is A LOT of hair on the carpet?
    Cheers

    • +1

Having a similar Qrevo model and two cats myself, I’ve found that setting the cleaning mode to 2x for carpeted areas makes a noticeable difference. It cleans in a crosshatch pattern, which helps lift almost all of the visible cat hair. When I use the 1x cleaning mode, I occasionally notice clumps of hair left behind that it didn’t pick up. That said, I'm very happy with our Qrevo which we've had for around 8 months now.

  • Can we put normal cleaning solution to the water tank? Or need original one?

    • -3

Have a Google and let us know!

    • Short answer, NO.

    • +1

They claim that you can't use regular solution because it will damage the parts, which sounds reasonable. No way I belive you have to use their official one though. VaccumWars has a DIY solution guide but never tried https://vacuumwars.com/best-robot-vacuum-mop-combo/

One thing I've seen some people suggest is squeezing detergent on the floor before the robot cleans it. That way you can use full strength stuff without it actually going inside the robot.

    • I do use a little bit of wooden floor cleaner and mix it in the tank, but very little and every 3rd or or 4th wash, I do it with water only.

    • I use bunnings wooden floor cleaner for 2 years with no issues. Do not put too much otherwise there will be full of foams aroud the base while the base brush cleaning the mop, I just put a tiny bit (20-30 drops per tank) and it works well. You can also buy aftermarket low-foam cleaners but they are way more expensive even they are aftermarket.

    • There is an Omo x Roborock Floor Cleaner that you can buy from JB HiFi for $39 that lasts many, many cleans. But there's also plenty of substitutes suggested on the internet.

  • This is cheaper if you wanna save $200 little https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/924408

    • Worth noting it doesn't have the anti-tangle, and has half as much suction power, but other than that seems like a good deal

      • +2

It does have anti-tangle system, not the best one but the roller is supposed to channel hairs to the sides.

      • +1

Can get aftermarket anti tangle from Ali for the dreame

  • This or Qrevo MaxV ?

    • +1

This. Pretty sure MaxV is an older model, no longer stocked much

      • +2

But Qrevo MaxV got Hot Water Mop Washing and Intelligent Dirt Detection
        whereas this doesn't.

        • It’s also at least $300 more expensive from a quick google

    • MaxV also has camera for object detection as well

  • +4

I'm not going to use my code.

Please advise once used for others.

  • +1

This or wait for something better on Prime Day?

    • Not long to go

  • Thanks, got one! Had access to 5% off gift cards so this came down to $806.69.

  • This or s7 max for the same price?

    • +1

This ahead of the S7 Max any day. S7 was a great unit in its day, but too dated now.

  • +2

Picked it up about 2 hours ago and the set up was super easy and I'm doing a cycle now and even the max vacuum is pretty quiet and it's doing an awesome job mopping thus far.

  • Don't know much about robot vacuum. Is this one better or the Dreame ones? I'll be using it for some hard wood floor as well as thick carpets.

  • +1

I've got a golden retriever with lots of shedding, how does this model hold up with long hair?

    • +1

I have a labrador, and also interested. I have a robot that can't auto empty into the dock as dog hair is too thick, that it creates a clump that blocks things.

    • keen to hear opinions on this. also sticks… my retriever brings in so many sticks :(

  • Cheers for sharing. Got it with the 15% off discount.

  • Is this good for a two storey house with tiles downstairs and carpet upstairs. Can it be mapped to both floors and you just pick it up and take it upstairs?

    • +1

Setting mine up and it's got a multi floor map feature - so I guess so

      • Let me know how you go with it!

  • Never liked the idea of robovacs and refused to buy one. Gave in 12 months ago and got revoQ. I must say that I was wrong all this time. We come home from work with house properly vacuumed and mopped. It does a great job.

  • How does it compare to ECOVACS DEEBOT N30 Pro Omni Robotic Vac (White)

    https://www.jbhifi.com.au/products/ecovacs-deebot-n30-pro-om…

With 15% off it comes to 721.
Jb normal ticket price 1899 so 721 seems like a good price ? New to this so not sure which to get or wait for prime day.

    • same question.

    • For parts it is really easy to get from Ali Express but I absolutely hate the map resetting everytime you lift vacuum with Ecovacs to clear something from underneath , It re-generates a new map. It has been a pain in the neck to get it to restore the maps. I personally will never use a Ecovacs again. I had motherboard failure just after the warranty had expired, I had the anti drop sensor failure fault. When they work, they are great vacuum. I have not been able to find notes anywhere where you can plug into USB port to diagnose it.I am never buying Ecovacs again. I was torn between Roborock Qrevo C and Narwal Z10(Jerry Rig Everything has shown how easy Narwal are for maintainability and repair)

  • How does this compare to the Qrevo L that was on special in July from Amazon for $800

    • +2

The Qrevo C is very similar to the L but has slightly higher suction power, the extending mop and warm air drying. Worth the extra $50 imo.

  • This or Narwal Fero X Ultra from Costco at 999 at the moment?

so many options! i have also just pre-ordered Roborock F25 Ace.

    • The Narwal Freo X Ultra doesnt empty the dust bag from the robot into the dock which is such a basic feature these days for a robot vacuum.

      • How about the LiDar in Qurve C? isn't that an old technology and the robot bumps into things and doesn't see straps and cables? I think Narwal X ultra has cameras?

  • Bought. I had The Good Guys to price beat by a couple of dollars, to $847.45, then used a $20.00 voucher through their gold membership. Not as good as some gift-card offers, but good enough.

I haven't let it loose on the house yet.

    • I returned my Q10V+ (unused) which I paid for with 10% off gift cards + $10 birthday perk. Paid the difference with 4% Macquarie gift cards.

      Net cost about $770.

Lot of extra features on this one - its my first robot vacuum.
