  The transparent case would be the slimmest. The genuine Samsung cases are very good quality. I purchased a few types of cases when the phone was first released. Transparent case slimmest, LED case thickest, clear view case in the middle but offers good protection and is functional, silicone case is too slippery. The S22 Ultra isn't really a slim phone (although lighter than the 13 Pro Max).

      I don't have the S22 base model. I have the S22 Ultra. I purchased the clear case, clear case with stand, silicone case, clear view cover, and the LED cover. They were all fairly chunky and added width. It's also a huge phone. Out of all the cases the clear case was the least thick and because it's clear makes the phone look thinner. Can probably get the cheap China ones which are thinner. The Samsung official ones are very good quality but that also makes them thicker. The clear case leaves the screen exposed so I purchased the screen film protector on Amazon. $18 for 3, and it had a little bracket to guide the application, the use the squidgee to slide the film over the screen. Watch the video guide for the film, it makes more sense, clever idea as it avoids dust.

  The Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra Clear View is now OOS. It now shows 1 used from a third party seller. The ones I purchased were new from the Samsung Amazon store. There are still the other cases available.

  Ive had cases like these from Samsung before, its complete rubbish for front of screen protection because when you drop your phone the flap tends to open as it drops making the front of the screen completely vulnerable. This is coming from owning a samsung phone with this type of cover and dropping it on the second day accidentally

    That's true for all flap covers unless it has a clasp. I like this new clear view cover with the hole. The screen is informative, it has a nice clock animation when closing the flap, and when folded behind the hole doesn't interfere with the cameras. At first I wasn't a fan of the hole because clear view covers for prior models had a clear plastic window. Then I realised that the hole was for the cameras. And can double tap the screen through the hole to show the clock.

      Yeah i agree the design is still nice, I just wanted to make people aware that they should definitely still have addition protection on the phone such as tempered glass if they use a flap cover, because the flap can be deceiving as it looks like it provides protection but it doesn't
