  Why not give them a call and quote your order number?
  Mine only got shipped on Thursday after giving them a call.

    I have emailed them and got a professional apology response along with shipping notification. According to the email, most of their staff are in isolation so that explains the delay and lack of communication.
    
    Mine was shipped with shippit and I received it today.
    
    I just came back to share my positive experience with this store. I will surely buy from them again.
