Hahah, so let me get this straight; you would rather drink cows milk and then take a tablet to reduce the effects of your lactose intolerance, rather than not drink the milk. What about lactose-free milk or alternative milks?
I only drink full cream as i like the taste, don't do any of the plant based stuff.
It's only that I'm becoming more lactose intolerant as I age. So I'm not giving up what I've always enjoyed eating or drinking.
@kyle: I understand where you're coming from. I became more lactose intolerant as I aged too and put up with it for many years. I quit dairy completely a few years ago and to my amazement my asthma, which I had been suffering from since childhood, completely disappeared to the point where I no longer need medication. Just realise that your body's intolerance to something is a sign you shouldn't ignore. PS, oat milk is pretty good.
Or you can save $20.09 + Delivery and keep eating dairy. It's worth the consequences.
