  Anyone with Kogan warranty experience to share, specific to mobiles? Doesn't matter if it's good or bad. Just curious to know what to expect if I were to get it from them.

    I have dealt with Kogan Warranty twice, surprisingly I am quite happy how it was handled. First was a Kogan mechanical keyboard, which they provided a replacement unit after i provided picture of LED of the keys not working properly. The recent one I have a heater that broke, going through the RMA process hopefully will get the refund in store credit (this is after about 10months, but unit hardly used due to I bought just before Winter ended last year).

    Previously I have cancelled an order of Oneplus phone and gotten refund no issue, if that helps.
